Welcome to DAS Skin Clinic. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, https://dasskin.com.sg/en/, and our e-shop platform where we sell our inhouse QingLab skincare products. By accessing or using our website and e-shop, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. To use our e-shop, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We sell QingLab skincare products through our e-shop, and all products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayNow, and other online payment methods. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason or any other reasons which caused an order not able to be fulfilled. In this case, your order can be fully refunded. 

We provide both delivery and self-pickup services. Self-pickup can be arranged at our clinic located at 1 Scotts Rd, #17-01 Shaw Centre, Singapore 228208 or 80 Marine Parade Rd, #05-06/07 Parkway Parade, Singapore 449269. We will deliver products to the address provided during checkout, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

In cases where deliveries are delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions), we will make every effort to arrange for the products to be delivered on the next business day. If you fail to receive your purchased products during the first delivery attempt or provide inaccurate address information, you must contact us within 7 days to arrange another delivery appointment. We reserve the right to (i) charge an additional delivery fee for subsequent delivery attempts or (ii) require you to collect your ordered goods from our clinic. Please note that all expected delivery dates and times are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by you as a result of any late delivery.

If you choose self-pickup, your ordered goods will be ready for collection at our designated clinic within 2 business days. You will be notified via SMS or email once your order is available for collection. Please collect your purchased item(s) within 7 days from the designated collection date during the specified business hours of our clinic. When collecting your order, you or your authorized representative (who must be at least 18 years old) will be required to present the email or SMS notification for identity verification. We may also request additional information or documents (such as your full name or account details) to confirm your identity or that of your authorized representative. All photos and images of the products displayed on our e-shop are for illustration purposes only and are intended to help you recognize the products. The actual size, dimensions, and colors of the products may differ from what is shown. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you intend to purchase are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements. We do not warrant that the products for sale in our e-shop will meet your specific needs. You acknowledge that the products purchased by you are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements you may have.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You may not use our website or e-shop for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the functionality of our website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAS Skin Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or e-shop. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
